1) To login you must enter your agency-specific email address and your password.
2) To access case information, you must have some basic
information such as first and last names, Date of Birth and/or Social Security
number of the customer or applicant. You can also use the Child Support Case
number (CS), IV-A or IV-E number, or Judgment number (if you know them) as part
of your search.
The information available for access is to be used only for the expressed purpose of review for your agency’s program administration and is not to be shared or disclosed to other agencies or individuals.
